What Alex does

Reminds each owner before the date

Two business days before, on the day and the day after, always with the step, the owner and the date.

Passes the turn

When a step is done, Alex thanks the owner and tells the group who is next and by when.

Answers from the plan

Ask what is left, who signs or what changes if legal slips a week. Alex answers with the plan's facts, in seconds.

Updates the plan from the chat

Tell Alex the DPA is approved or that a date has to move. Alex confirms with you before changing anything.

Questions you can ask

How Alex talks

Short, specific and even-handed, in English or Portuguese.

Punctual

Rafael, the DPA redlines are due Thursday. Still good for that date?

Impartial

Waiting on Acme legal: DPA redlines, 2 business days.

Calm

If you need more time, reply with a new date and the reason, and I will update the plan.

Brief

Friday rundown. Done: security review. Next week: DPA redlines (Rafael, Thu) and vendor registration (Bia, Fri). Signature target Fri, Dec 11, on track.

When the buyer goes quiet

Silence is information. Alex prepares the next five business days for you, and you approve each message.

  1. 1

    Day 1

A short note to the owner, about the date in the plan.

  2. 2

    Day 2

A word with the champion to reach the person who decides.

  3. 3

    Day 3

A one-page brief for the economic buyer.

  4. 4

    Day 4

Something useful for the functional team, such as the security pack.

  5. 5

    Day 5

A clean pause, so the buyer can confirm the date or pick a better time.

What Alex never does

  • Invents a date or a number.
  • Shows one company's private notes to the other.
  • Changes the plan without a person confirming.
  • Sends a follow-up that pressures anyone without your approval.
  • Sends reminders at night, on weekends or on holidays.

Ready for each deal in two minutes

  • WhatsApp

Alex creates the deal group and sends the invite link to everyone in the room.

  • Slack

Add Paceline to Slack and pick the Slack Connect channel you share with the buyer.

  • In the room

Anyone in the deal can ask Alex, in English or Portuguese.

WhatsApp and Slack need a one-time setup by a workspace admin.

What would your quarter look like if nobody on either side had to ask what comes next?
